We have great spaces for your event!
Our awesome facility provides us the unique capability to provide physical, educational and nutritional activities all under one roof. We do offer facility rentals. Click on the building pin drops to see a photo of the space. Call the Armory at 231-299-1205 for pricing information.
Ready to Rent?
If you are interested in holding an event at our facility, or if you are interested in a long-term rental, please fill out our Rental Request form.
You will receive a confirmation that we have received your request after completion of the Rental Request Form. We will then notify you when your request has been reviewed.
How to proceed once the rental request is approved:
To reserve the date:
Fill out, sign, and turn in the rental agreement. Email, drop off, or mail the signed agreement to hold the date.

Final payment is due two weeks before the event, along with a refundable deposit that will be returned after the event, as long as the agreement terms are met.
